This charming family-run hotel, located at the foot of the Massif du Pibeste Nature Reserve, has become a vast 55-room caravanserai. The inn is splendid, and in addition to its comfort and modern rooms, we love the balconies offering marvellous views of the snow-capped peaks. The swimming pool, covered in winter and heated all year round, is a real plus. The same attention is paid to detail in the restaurant, which offers resolutely local dishes prepared with products sourced from the best local suppliers. On the menu: foie gras, porcini mushrooms or duck breast.
