The Au Fond du Gosier restaurant welcomes you in a pleasant setting for a gourmet getaway in the heart of Argelès-Gazost. We invite you to discover our homemade, seasonal cuisine. In order to offer you excellent dishes, Chef Mathieu has decided to work exclusively with fresh, local produce from the best producers. He's not afraid to go organic either. The menu is concise, with two starters, two main courses, two desserts and a cheese plate, guaranteeing impeccable freshness. At lunchtime, you can choose between a two- or three-course menu. In the evening, you can opt for the three-course menu, the four-plate gourmet menu or the five-plate tasting menu. Start, for example, with Thierry Courrèges' saddle of rabbit with spinach, follow with Atlantic cod and finish with chantilly and coffee ice cream. Céline also offers a fine selection of wines and spirits, and can advise you on the best food and wine pairings. An address of choice for gourmets!
