Just a stone's throw from the Thermes d'Argelès, in the grounds of the Hôtel Le Gabizos, owner Philippe Lacrampe awaits you in a warm atmosphere of exquisite refinement. As you enter the restaurant, you're sure to come across hotel guests, relaxed from their vacation or spa break. In shades of white and salmon, the chic room can seat up to 100 diners, and the tables are set in the tradition of the art. Weather permitting, particularly on summer evenings, you can dine in the garden, on the terrace, a subtle, bucolic setting. The menu is full of traditional regional dishes such as excellent Pyrenean trout, homemade duck confit and, above all, the chef's soups. Fresh, healthy and made with fresh produce from the Argelès-Gazost market, we particularly recommend them!
