Good sound to be tasted live, a festive atmosphere as we like it, small home-made dishes which put forward local products, a top service, an atypical beer list and a setting without false note: the score of L'Apistomaque is the good one. This bar-restaurant is one of the valley's flagship establishments, and its summer concert program is almost as eagerly awaited as its menu. Colorful, vitaminized and with an assertive character, the place is seductive as can be. Country plates, hearty dishes, homemade burgers... it's all there!

Les burgers sont excellents et bien servis.
Menu enfant copieux.
Les frites faites maison sont très bonnes

Le service est top , le cadre est sympa.

Charmant troquet en bord de route. Il y a à boire et à manger. À prendre et à laisser. Touriste ! à l'occasion, d'aucuns autochtones, qui ne sont rien de plus que des touristes d'autres autochtones venus d'ailleurs, te rappelleront à l'envi avec une finesse toute empreinte de poésie bigourdane qu'ils sont chez eux ! La maison se défendra bien de t'en laisser conclure qu'ici tu n'es pas chez toi même si ton pognon finit bien dans leurs fouilles. À visiter, en sociologue.

Super établissement muiti-services que ce soit pour boire une bière, acheter du pain (cuit sur place) ou des sandwichs (excellent avec du jambon de pays ou de la truite locale, et du fromage du coin) ou encore dîner dans une ambiance très conviviale (burger et excellent bowl).
Service très sympa et le tout à un prix très correct.
