Since 2018, the Auberge, run by Frédérique and Julien, has been a real gourmet break in the heart of the Aure Valley. The duo, enriched by their diverse travels and experiences, honor a cuisine that's both modern and traditional, reflecting the four seasons and celebrating local produce: porc noir de Bigorre, Pyrenean lamb, trout from Lac d'Oô, and more. For them, the direct link with local producers and the promotion of their know-how are fundamental. The inn is a place of authentic conviviality, open all year round.

Rien a redire, le rapport qualité prix du menu dégustation est imbattable, l'équipe est souriante et attentionnée, la carte des vins impressionante... mention spéciale pour la volaille avec salsifi, purée, jus truffé et praliné, une très bonne surprise.
