Authentic restaurant with terrace facing the mountains of the Val d'Azun in Ayros.

The terrace of this Bigourdane building faces the Val d'Azun mountains. Inside, the large dining room is decorated in red with stonework and flower bouquets. The cuisine, a subtle blend of local produce and traditional dishes, includes the famous Tarte Tatin with dried duck breast and a slice of foie gras. You can also try the Pyrenean trout with jurançon or the delicious blueberry tart. An authentic restaurant, typical of the region. Don't be surprised to hear Occitan spoken at nearby tables.

Repas à 25 euros. Correct. Le patron est un personnage... Dis n'importe quoi et vous prend pour une saucisse... On a dit n'importe quoi et on l'a considéré comme un saucisson.. La note est faite à la va vite.... On nest pas allé chercher la petite bête.. Allez on va dire qu'on peut y aller une fois ....
