Authentic restaurant with terrace facing the mountains of the Val d'Azun in Ayros.

The terrace of this Bigourdane building faces the Val d'Azun mountains. Inside, the large dining room is decorated in red with stonework and flower bouquets. The cuisine, a subtle blend of local produce and traditional dishes, includes the famous Tarte Tatin with dried duck breast and a slice of foie gras. You can also try the Pyrenean trout with jurançon or the delicious blueberry tart. An authentic restaurant, typical of the region. Don't be surprised to hear Occitan spoken at nearby tables.

Juste incroyable ! Je recommande 1000 fois. Accueil très sympathique et très aimable. Service au top, et cuisine excellente et très copieux pour un prix plus que raisonnable. Comme à la maison très conviviale ! Rien a dire ! Foncez !
