Authentic restaurant with terrace facing the mountains of the Val d'Azun in Ayros.

The terrace of this Bigourdane building faces the Val d'Azun mountains. Inside, the large dining room is decorated in red with stonework and flower bouquets. The cuisine, a subtle blend of local produce and traditional dishes, includes the famous Tarte Tatin with dried duck breast and a slice of foie gras. You can also try the Pyrenean trout with jurançon or the delicious blueberry tart. An authentic restaurant, typical of the region. Don't be surprised to hear Occitan spoken at nearby tables.

Try urgently if you are looking for a gourmet restaurant, end, friendly and products exeptionellement fresh, regional and qualitative. From our first visit, we never miss a ocasion of us to get there. Try the dish of two foie gras, you could not be disappointed! Of course, you are not obliged to get there because we love our small gourmet small island of tranquillity in the heart of the Pyrenees!
