Authentic restaurant with terrace facing the mountains of the Val d'Azun in Ayros.

The terrace of this Bigourdane building faces the Val d'Azun mountains. Inside, the large dining room is decorated in red with stonework and flower bouquets. The cuisine, a subtle blend of local produce and traditional dishes, includes the famous Tarte Tatin with dried duck breast and a slice of foie gras. You can also try the Pyrenean trout with jurançon or the delicious blueberry tart. An authentic restaurant, typical of the region. Don't be surprised to hear Occitan spoken at nearby tables.

Superbe accueil, vraiment des personnes extrêmement gentille et même tres reconnaissante de leur clientèle. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Produits de qualité, présentation soigner, et surtout tous était vraiment succulent.
