Bagnères-de-Bigorre remains a Mecca for the treatment of rheumatism, respiratory and ENT systems, as well as psychosomatic diseases and fibromyalgia. The waters of the Grands Thermes have lost none of their original curative qualities: naturally warm at 50°C, rich in mineral salts and trace elements, they are calcic, sulfated and magnesian. Their analgesic and muscle relaxant virtues have been famous since Antiquity. The spa is spacious and well-equipped, and has a very beautiful architecture.
