You will be able to discover with delight his cooking in this restaurant decorated with a space boutique-bistrot. You can eat in or take away by picking from the display cases to compose your own menu. Enjoy for example the black pork belly chips, the smoked trout from the Pyrenees or the matured beef rib, to be tasted with Himalayan salt, just like the Pyrenean lamb.
