You will be able to discover with delight his cooking in this restaurant decorated with a space boutique-bistrot. You can eat in or take away by picking from the display cases to compose your own menu. Enjoy for example the black pork belly chips, the smoked trout from the Pyrenees or the matured beef rib, to be tasted with Himalayan salt, just like the Pyrenean lamb. Tout est parfait.....je suis ravis d'avoir goûter du porc noir de bigorre. Continuez comme cela....de plus vous accepter les toutous.

Le problème dans ce restaurant à cette période de l année, c est le service. Par manque de personnel, il devient interminable et erratique. Cela gâche un peu la soirée. Les produits sont toutefois de bonnes qualité et le cadre est agréable. A essayer mais hors saison.
