Inn offering excellent local dishes in Beaudéan.

With the Lesponne valley as a backdrop, you won't be surprised to find a real mountain atmosphere in this hostel. The decoration is authentic. With the wainscoted ceiling, the parquet floor and the tiled tablecloths, you'll take a leap back in time! You will enjoy excellent local dishes such as confit lamb mouse, veal escalope, gizzard salad or goat cheese salad. The products are fresh and if possible local. Rooms and a gîte allow you to stay on site and prolong the pleasure.

Nous tenions à vous remercier pour votre chaleureux accueil. C'est une très belle auberge préservée, l'environnement est agréable et pittoresque. La nuit au dortoir fuit calme et reposante. La cuisine quand à elle était délicieuse.

Quelle chance d'avoir trouvé ce coin de paradis au milieu d'une vallée magnifique. J'ai adoré la tarte aux pommes et le pannetone perdu. La tisane au fenouil sauvage était également délicieuse. Quelle belle expérience !
