Malou, a passionate beekeeper, lovingly cares for her bees as they forage on the wild flowers of the Bordères-Louron mountain pastures. She not only produces honey with an incomparable taste, but also organic honey jams, gingerbread and black nougat. Malou has also recently started looking after a number of hens, providing you with fresh eggs. Don't hesitate to make a detour: this visit is well worth it, both for the quality of the gourmet products and for what you learn. You can also find Malou at the Arreau market on Thursday mornings.
