Run by Sandrine and Christophe, L'Auberge Miniquette is located in the heart of the mountains, on the way to beautiful Pyrenean places such as the Lac Bleu, the Lac de Peyrelade or the Pic du Montaigu. The cuisine of this inn, with its typical decoration, is in harmony with the land: both fine and delicate, gourmet and traditional, it is based on fresh and local products whose authentic flavours are appreciated. The garbure is undoubtedly the speciality of the house, which the chef also prepares in a vegetarian version.
