The bumpy road leading to this inn is quickly forgotten when the Arbizon (2,831 m) comes into view from the terrace. The menu is composed of a beautiful mountain cuisine, diversified and creative. Here we only work with local, fresh and seasonal products. Garbure is a must, but also lamb or fish, the dishes are authentic and the portions really copious. Ten rooms, simple but comfortable, welcome hikers.

très bon accueil avec une personne âgée excellente qualité des plats||alors bien sur la formule à 25 euros n existe plus (formule anormalement pas chère)||largement compensée par un accueil au top et des plats très copieux||excellent ubi rosé||cafés offerts et digestifs||merci

Repas de famille pour découvrir le coin. Très agréable. Cuisine locale simple mais très bonne. Serveurs rapides et très sympathiques. Burger au chèvre et gilet mignon sauce aux cèpes prix abordables (18€/plat). Cadre bucolique et plein de charme.

Quel plaisir d’arriver à la fin d’une rando à l’auberge du col de Beyrède. Vue magnifique mais surtout : menu copieux du terroir, équipe vraiment très sympa, on se sent là-bas comme à la maison !
