Very friendly welcome, spacious locations, bar/pizzeria and small delicatessen practices, pool + very pleasant spa after a day of walking in the mountains. We stayed 3 nights under the tent meadows Adour of Séoube and we strongly recommend this family campsite with all lovers Pyrenean mountains.
Hello,
I have just read a very negative comment about this campsite... and I must admit that I very surprised! These people are campers??? Perhaps how they arrived from there at camping by spite!
This campsite is very well! People are very welcoming, available, nice... and funny! Concerning the toilet... yes, Turkish toilets are not very comfortable but so much more hygienic than a seat where everyone sat down. And when the facilities are not gleaming, and it should be wondered whether, as users, eco-friendly...
Here, so that people who left a malicious commentary ask whether they are just the camping! This campsite is really nice!
The I madame commentary. MartineDurang.

I do not find that it is subjective because I saw about the same thing as it!

To be aim, the description of what I saw:
- Facilities (showers, urinals, Turkish toilets and normals) dirty and malodorous
- Bottles gas accessible to children
- Yellow walls of the paddling pool
- Small metal rooms rusty on the small bridge that passes over the river
- Caravans abandoned
- Grand and green locations

What I did not see:
personal, casas except for on arrival and departure
- Light in the alleys when it grew up dark

Monsieur or Madame DIDIRENA, a subjective opinion is influenced by the thrills, by yourself. While an objective opinion describes things such as they are really.
For example: Comfortable toilets = felt = subjective. So Turkish toilets and showers with pull knob above the head are comfortable, we do not have the same notion of comfort... Hence the subjectivity of the else.

I wanted to add that the star a campsite do not have absolutely the same meaning as star restaurant.
The restaurant is seen end up in star compared to the quality of the food served while camping is seen end up in star compared to the facilities including it has and not compared to quality, with cleanliness and safety.

While you can ask for a non starred restaurant to provide the same food quality than a 3 star restaurant, you can completely require a campsite cleanliness and impeccable safety that it has 3 or 5 star and it is not lamai!

Finally, in all subjectivity, I do not know why, but some strangely good opinions give me like standing by someone who is not foreign at camping in question... But it is perhaps one feel!
We spent a very pleasant week in this family-run campsite mountain. After a night very fresh (high mountain you would expect) poorly equipped and children (4 and 7ans) was on the going down in the valley. The owners offered covers us, then after talking, and my request, they enabled to rent a mobile home while we had not reserved (as was not as still there one - paid with the number of nights and not the package). Of course, for the rest of the week time improved (it was beautiful and hot).

We tried the two menus (camping and mobile home): the amenities are correct and mobile homes are very modern, very clean and very comfortable. Moreover, we are very fastidious on the atmosphere of a campsite and notably the noise: there I can sure that this campsite is very quiet, which is very pleasant after a day's walk.

Children can enjoy the pool, very clean and pleasant super hot.
The bar (is open until 21:00 what leaves margin, delicious pizzas. More (considerable thing in these hard times) offered prices (pizzas, bread, ice creams...) are very reasonable, not excessive.

The location of this campsite was perfect for us because the green valley of Campan is ideal for walks and also allows you to reach easily the two passes (Aspin and Tourmalet).
Finally, a last word for the owners who are very welcoming, friendly and that gave us many advice on walks to (or to avoid), on the fauna and flora of the country.
If we return in the region we will make for safe in this campsite.

Between subjectivity temperate and objectivity! ... Here is the restaurant, you can not require 3 star, offers services of a 5 star!
But this family camping, shaded by Adour, the Col de Aspin and Tourmalet is pleasant and comfortable. Fishermen (Lake Payolle), Families (walks around the lake, small hiking Lake Arou etc...) or beginner or experienced hikers will find everything. The welcome is very nice - Breads, croissants and smile of Renee every the malicious morning and sometimes eye Roger.
After a good bath in the 100 ft ² swimming pool and a good shower in comfortable facilities, the small coasts lamb or pizza of Nicolas are also welcome after the effort. We recommend this campsite sincerely.
