This couple has kept the generosity and conviviality of the Basque country in their hearts, where they come from: lamb sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, baked camembert, chipirons with Espelette pepper and Serrano ham... The common denominator of all these inspired dishes: good fresh products rigorously selected. The menu changes every month according to the products of the different seasons.
