For those who do not yet know, grouse is a great blueberry rooster living in the forest, particularly in the national park. Garbure, sheep, lamb, a completely regional kitchen and a mountain meat so tasty that it is safe prepared and sauce. You can finish your meal with a very good chocolate and caramel sauce or, in season, an ice foam of melon or panecotta with red fruit. A nice wine list with a choice of half bottles. Wine can be served in glass. A classic card but with fine dishes and well prepared.

dessert: frozen profiteroles accompanied by a chocolate made of industrial bottle, the Basque cake is not house but not frozen too.
The decor is very poor damaged chairs wall perforated bits with brac without coherence... stained-glass tablecloth and chairs
basically a romantic moment that turns to nightmare

I do not recommend not case this restaurant I even indignant to hear the owner boast his delicious dishes now you can even judge by you but at least if I had been able to read this type of comments I will not have gone in this unworthy place to be called restaurant.
