Famous, driven, fused with cheese or meat are also in the programme, but Claude's specialty is based on the Mont d'Or, a cheese made only from October to April, freshly cooked here, you will find it only during this period! The selected cheeses come directly from the artisanal producers of Savoy and the wines are mainly southwest. You are assured of the quality and origin of fresh products.
