Above Cauterets, in La Raillère, this restaurant is a pleasant stop for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. Inside, the grey walls and soils associated with stone and wood, the 3 levels in the same volume, modern luminaires and the panoramic stove boostent the structure and the sculpted voliges of sober floral frescoes. The tables covered with nice beige linen are a happy omen for the arrival of the dishes. We offer a wide selection of fine dishes prepared by Julien Canton, a promising young chef. An appetizer served on a slate makes it delicious to wait for the dishes. No need to detail the dishes, everything is succulent! On the terrace, the decoration is more sober, but the surrounding nature is responsible for making the difference: with waterfalls as a backdrop, you are in the heart of nature.

Good table service, but we were not very numerous.
But once assisi and after contemplated the view, we gradually lulled in a state of impatience which unfortunately did not bend. Arrived around a 12:30 we left around 15:30! The service appeared very slow. It appeared obvious us that slowness fell about it on the kitchens that came to be added the inexperience of the employees dedicated to the service even if the owner is the only person in charge. A hidden camera. The dishes are served to us are revealed correct but nothing more in our but especially beyond standing services.
In after lunch missed by the aggravation we also noticeable near the other guests.
