LA FERME DES PÉRILLES
The farm of Perilles celebrates two jewels of local gastronomy: the duck duck and the black pig. But it's not all because Lionel and Josette Darné also offer a wide range of products both in charcuterie and fresh. And here everything is natural, the black pig, the duck and its buddies are high, fed on the farm pastures and the consumer buys his meat directly from the producer. We recommend in particular the foie gras made from the Mulard duck, the magrets, the needles, the necks, the necks and the duck sausages… to be used for aperitif, with a kir to the wick or to the cassis. The reputation of Perilles has gone far beyond the borders of the High Pyrenees. And if Lionel Darné holds a stand on the market of Castelnau-Magnoac on Sunday morning, it is also found in fairs in the Paris region.
