Incohérences de l'accueil: Il faut un chèque pour la caution alors que une empreinte pour les CB est possible pour l'emprunt de la recharge solaire des mobiles; vous arrivez vers 17h au camping, on vous répond que le pain est livré le matin à 8h30 et le lendemain matin vous n'avez pas de pain car "il fallait le commander"... Et surement le dire au client de "commander"; l'usage des machines à laver nécessite l'achat de jetons (4 euros chacun) il en faut 2 au minimum mais on ne peut payer qu'en espèces même si on propose d'acheter des choses à leur dépannage épicerie... La tente cocoon qui est plus une caravane manque cruellement de place pour le rangement, que dire d'un vasistas monté à l'envers dont le rideau ne tient pas en position fermée... Pas de réparation obtenue, sauf un bout de sparadrap qui lâchait dans la nuit...

Location perfect, service could be better
Perfectly located at the beach, most pitches beautifully surrounded by trees & bushes. Except the one they gave us. We got a very small one (around 65 m2 thought we booked one with 80-100 m2) without shadow and directly infront of the bathroom with light all night - for 12 booked nights. They told us that there was no other option. Our booking date was quite late they said (6 months in advance!). But they didn’t mentioned that in their confirmation. Thanks to our strong insists they finally gave us a so called emergency pitch witch was much better than the first one. We had to change the place after 6 days but that was ok for us. The bathrooms were cleaned once a day and looked like that. The pool is just interesting for small kids and not made for Teenies. The Animation Programm is just interesting for french speaking persons and quite loud.

Emplacements luxe confort
L’emplacement numéro 37 ne devrait pas faire partie des emplacements de la catégorie luxe confort : il n’est pas très grand, il est en pente et pas facilement accessible ( surtout quand les voisins se garent dans l’allée!)
