LE SAUGUE
The Saugué plateau is a balcony on Gavarnie and Roland's fault. You are at 1 610 metres above sea level and you have a magnificent view of many alpine peaks such as Pic Long, the Campbieilh massif or the Piméné. So you can enjoy this panorama of the panorama and go on the storming of these pyrenean summits knowing that the relief offers the opportunity to make hikes at all levels. The Saugué is a charming old family-run bergerie that has preserved its character worthy of the Hautes-Pyrenees by combining beautiful stone and woodwork while offering all the necessary comforts… except wifi, here you are in a mountain refuge! Two dining rooms complete the three bedrooms and one of them has a rustic fireplace, all around the vast terrain contains a parking and a terrace to taste sandwiches, pancakes or drinks. You can take a simple or half board formula and Françoise provides excellent local cuisine with delicious homemade specialities. The Saugué is very successful, especially with the families who appreciate the calm, the friendliness and friendliness of the guests.
