BOONDOGGLE LAKE
When you hear Gavarnie, you think immediately about the circus. Many other exceptional sites come on track, and discover themselves as such unexpected little gifts: The lake of the Bernatoire is undoubtedly a part of it. This output could be known as the marmots so they are present and many during the journey! They are accustomed to intruders and curious, they let themselves and their whistles tell you that they are watching you as well. The valley has a "intense" activity in summer, it is the Iberian herds that come to France! Hundreds of cows borrow the breach, faithful to agreements between farmers in Aragon and Lavedan valleys. A transhumance to respect, do not try to caress cows, if they are with their little ones, they are unpredictable. Hiking is easy, at least until it lasts towards the end. It is therefore accessible to all and children delight in seeing animals, including the isards if you are lucky. The site is beautifully beautiful, nestled in a crater, the lake bottom of valley is a gift: Give it to you!
