For an exceptional meal, the Auberge de Germ is the reference in the valley. Set in magnificent surroundings, the inn exudes Pyrenean charm. Christophe Mellier, who respects homemade cuisine, uses only the freshest produce and is brimming with inspiration. His talented menu features dishes such as garbure, chipirons and axoa de veau façon cibourienne. On the sweet side, the Basque cake is divine. We love this excellent family cuisine, based on the pleasure of delighting your guests.
