For an exceptional meal, the Auberge de Germ is the reference in the valley. Set in magnificent surroundings, the inn exudes Pyrenean charm. Christophe Mellier, who respects homemade cuisine, uses only the freshest produce and is brimming with inspiration. His talented menu features dishes such as garbure, chipirons and axoa de veau façon cibourienne. On the sweet side, the Basque cake is divine. Une adresse à ne pas oublier dans la vallée
Repas parfait bien que préparé pour un groupe de plus de 20 personnes : La sangria blanche était accompagnée de tapas imaginatifs et délicieux. Le repas a été également très apprécié avec son buffet très complet, et le chef artiste dans les grillades, notamment les côtes d'agneau. A tester de nouveau en individuel pour encore mieux apprécier, surtout les spécialités basques...
