Christophe Mellier brings out the best in the Louron Valley, which is so dear to his heart, and sublimates recipes drawn from the local repertoire.
For an exceptional meal, the Auberge de Germ is the reference in the valley. Located in a magnificent setting, the inn exudes Pyrenean charm. Christophe Mellier, respectful of a home-made cuisine, works only with fresh products and shows an overflowing inspiration. The menu is a rendezvous with dishes such as garbure, local lamb and veal axoa. On the sweet side, the Basque cake is divine. We love this excellent family cooking, based on the pleasure of treating our guests.

Une adresse à ne pas oublier dans la vallée
Repas parfait bien que préparé pour un groupe de plus de 20 personnes : La sangria blanche était accompagnée de tapas imaginatifs et délicieux. Le repas a été également très apprécié avec son buffet très complet, et le chef artiste dans les grillades, notamment les côtes d'agneau. A tester de nouveau en individuel pour encore mieux apprécier, surtout les spécialités basques...
