LE PIC ASSIETTE
Restaurant offering a cuisine inspired by the Charente and the Pyrenees in Guchan.
Here is an explosive mix: Cathy and Jean-Paul mix in the kitchen their Pyrenean homeland and their Charente origins. It is one of the only places in the valley where you can enjoy mussels prepared in marinara or in mouclade. On the mountain side, the lamb chops cooked a la plancha and the black pig of Bigorre are not to be outdone. The wine list is rich with Madiran, Côtes de Gascogne, and wine from the Ile de Ré in its 3 colors. Wood, stone and pastel tones decoration. In winter, a good fire in the chimney accompanies warmly your meal.
