Cuisine of exceptional products in a restaurant with terrace in Juillan, a good table in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
Emeline Cazaux and her sister-in-law Alexandra have concentrated the activities of the old family-run hotel-restaurant on the bistro side of things, and the result is joyful and gourmet! Recognized and appreciated for the quality of its cuisine, L'Aragon is one of the department's finest restaurants, thanks to its dishes that honor fresh, seasonal and local produce. If the dining room is pleasant, the terrace is even more so, so don't hesitate to come when the weather's fine to take advantage of it and try the cocktail menu, which is definitely worth the detour.
