MARCHE
In this charming village at the gateway to the Baronnies, Sundays return to the great tradition of the market. Under the attractive semi-covered market hall in the main square, around 30 stands dedicated to local produce await you, with some fine offerings well worth a visit, such as the famous black Iberian pork, chiffonnades or filet mignons de noix de coche, pastries with pies from the Pyrenees, as well as ewe's and goat's cheeses, roast chicken, fruit and vegetables.... A real quality market that we recommend you visit!
