At Flocons Pyrénéens, the specialty is... the flocon! This fine dark chocolate praline enrobed in soft meringue launched the success of this house, which has been creating irresistible creations since 1994. You can also try Béret, a 60% cocoa blueberry ganache with a hint of Espelette pepper, or Aure pearls and truffles with blueberry or raspberry pulp. Throughout the year, new products follow one another. Some fifty chocolates take their place alongside our emblematic specialties. A real delight!

Opening time and information on LES FLOCONS PYRÉNÉENS
Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 7pm; Sunday and public holidays from 9am to 12.30pm. Demonstrations and tastings from June to the end of October, on Thursdays at 2.30 pm, by reservation only. Artisanal chocolate creations, about fifty specialities in the shop, new products all year round. Ordering possible via the online shop.

Les Flocons Pyrénéens is an artisan chocolatier and confectioner based in La Barthe-de-Neste. Since 1994, this family-run business has been offering a wide range of chocolates and flagship products, all hand-crafted in its own laboratory. To bring you the very best, the company uses top-quality raw materials, such as pure Valrhona cocoa butter. Depending on the season, we concoct new recipes and original compositions. Grand cru chocolates with different cocoa contents and origins are offered in different variations, in tablets, in small palets and in special pastry chocolates. You'll also find a variety of nougats, fruit jellies, calissons, caramels, marshmallows and jams. You'll also be tempted by spreads and other homemade products for Christmas and Easter festivities. In our stores in La Barthe-de-Neste and Saint-Lary-Soulan, you can buy our many homemade specialties. These include "Flocon", a praline with a soft meringue, "Béret", a blueberry ganache with a hint of Espelette pepper, and "Montagnette", a nougatine and pine nut praline base. A must for chocolate and sweets lovers!

Delicious vanilla notes with a light crunch from the nougatine. 33% almond nougatine coated with white chocolate (minimum 35% cocoa butter).

BERET BIGOURDAN
This speciality is a homemade creation made with dark chocolate, blueberry alcohol and a hint of Espelette pepper... You'll be seduced by its taste, its shape and its melting, creamy texture. Le Béret is based on GANACHE (a smooth blend of cream and dark chocolate) to which blueberry alcohol is added to give it a fine, fruity, tangy taste, followed by a hint of Espelette pepper for a very tasty finish!
