The setting is fabulous: facing the golf course and the racetrack, in an air-conditioned room. Georges leads his boat with happiness and a smile. At lunchtime, a simple, low-cost formula with a buffet of appetizers, dish of the day (or duck hearts, or grilled meat) and dessert. In the evening, there is a complete and varied menu of starters, poultry and meats (whole rack of lamb or steak tartare prepared with sirloin steak), fish (scallops in cream sauce, for example), and desserts for all tastes. A beautiful address.
