After a remarkable career in prestigious kitchens around the world, chef Luke MacLeod unveils his talent at Sandikala. The latter occupies an early 20th-century manor house, fusing ancient heritage with modern touches. A former tenant farm, it houses Asian memorabilia from the MacLeod family's travels. Luke and his dedicated team offer a unique culinary experience, with a creative cuisine featuring French-Asian influences. Wine and spirits expert Sébastien completes the Sandikala experience.
