Salaisons de l'Adour, located in Louey (Hautes-Pyrénées) on the Route de Lourdes, has a long family tradition. After the Second World War, Fernand and Edmond Phalip set up their first salaisons in the Cévennes, then launched "Montagne Noire" in the 1960s. In 1997, the family moved to Ibos to produce IGP Bayonne Ham. Today, the company exports to 12 countries, matures its hams for up to 36 months and is the official cured ham producer for Noir de Bigorre. The store offers a wide range of quality charcuterie.

Established after the Second World War, the company specializes in the production of traditionally-crafted Bayonne ham, with red and organic labels. It also produces the powerful and authentic Noir de Bigorre ham, salted and matured by hand. You'll also find several specialties from the South-West of France. On the online store, you'll find a full range of products, from groceries to accessories and more. For example, try our Tarbes beans cooked in goose fat, our "Les Petits Fruits" raspberry jam, or our "Affinages" boxed set of four of our finest hams.
