Tibetan cuisine restaurant in Lourdes.
In Tibet, lung ta are prayer flags that fly in the wind. Jamyang comes from the roof of the world and has brought back all its flavors. Little-known Tibetan cuisine is a real surprise, and is likely to bind you for life to its delicate little dishes. We recommend traditional soups, momos (turnovers filled with meat, cheese or vegetables), then thuk with fresh pasta and tsam than with toasted barley flour. The shokko ngarmo, made with sweet potato cream and coconut milk, is to die for. You'll succumb..
