Since September 2021, the Hôtel Belfry in Lourdes has welcomed chef Raymond Nördin, determined to delight the finest palates. His journey from Plaza Athénée to Fouquet's Barrière is reflected in his divine, unpretentious dishes. Assisted by Lionel Gomez and Samuel Lanne, together they transform the culinary experience, from the aperitif, including the signature "Louis" cocktail, right through to dessert. The arrival of these renowned chefs and the opening of Le Belfry restaurant mark a new gastronomic era for this exceptional hotel.

je suis l un des deux chefs de cuisine, et nous n avons rien a voir de près ou de loin avec l ancien chef ,je ne l ai d ailleurs jamais rencontré
