In the heart of a residential area beautifully surrounded by trees, the Chalet of Bizkaia is one of the few restaurants to offer a map of which more than half is made of fish specialities. A unique signature in the department, renowned for its creativity and the quality of fresh products, carefully selected. The chef's talent draws on these delicacies and invites you to the table of daring dishes such as the turbo fillet with olive oil or sole pan with a ceps fondue. We also advise you on the ris apples and their financial sauce, a subtle and delicate creation. Land is never far away and small fresh vegetables accompany each dish, to better glorify them. This traditional cuisine evolves over time and surprises follow the seasons. In a room with grey tones, desserts are in the same excellence and tatin or roasted pears in syrup compete with a choice of delicious pancakes, especially those of bilberries or Armagnac. The Chalet of Bizkaia provides an old farm kitchen that allows group meals from 30 people or those of the major life events.

Venu ce jour au lac de lourdes avec une petite etape au chalet de biscaye. Cuisine raffinée à un prix abordable. Couple investie dans ce restaurant repris il y a moins d un an. Lui en cuisine au top et elle a l écoute des clients et donnant des infos sur les plats servis. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Bémol sur les places de parking mais n hésitez pas de vous garer aux alentours car cela vaut le détour.
Les bourguignons en vacances dans les Pyrénées.
Petits crabes farcis excellents.
Risotto de saumon un pur délice, le dessert fabuleux.
Nous revenons toujours avec plaisir, sûr de nous régaler.
