Stylish, contemporary décor and nappées tables set the tone of one of the city's most connected facilities. On the terrace to enjoy the typical atmosphere of Lourdes or in the room in the heart of the beautiful windows for a more cosy atmosphere, in Palacio each place is that of the King. The chef likes to compose real, improved local cuisine and the map is a symphony of local flavours that it is good to discover. Bigourdan cassoulet, roast rôti in foie gras, tournedos accompanied by morels, ris and lamb chops in Cognac juice: here all the meat is French and Pyrenean. A quality to which the restaurant is very attached and which has built its reputation. The beef coast for two people served with its small vegetables, potatoes, sauce and salad is one of the essential features of this establishment. Some of them come only to the pizzas, rolled by hand, to the old, they display a dough so fine that many purists like the best of the Marian city! On the spot or to take, to judge, we will say just that they are faithful to the spirit of the house: excellent.
