As a starter, why not this chiffonnade of Coche de Coche ham from Pardon à Nay, followed by a whole duck breast with blueberry sauce and vegetables of the day and ended with a thin apple pie. The cuisine is a sweet alliance of terroir and refinement. Everything is homemade!
