The restaurant at Hôtel Saint-Sauveur is renowned for the quality of its cuisine and a quick tour of the menu confirms that the very good is on the menu: scallops, grilled rib steaks or warm goat cheese and honey salad sum up the varied, simple and effective spirit of this friendly and family brasserie. The architecture of the establishment is nevertheless masterful, its glass roof floods the room with light and we have fallen in love with this atmosphere where the atmosphere is relaxed and contemporary. The treat is here, don't hesitate to taste the duck confit, it's a little delight, and to finish off beautifully, the chocolate cake or profiteroles contain all the cocoa flavours that are good for the palate and morale. As for snacks, you can enjoy vegetable dishes, omelettes, croque-monsieur, pizzas, pasta and even combined dishes at any time of the day, ending with a waffle. The service is as welcoming as it is professional, the dishes are well presented, the setting is very pleasant and, a little more, Louisiana is open all year round!
