The Christhi Museum is a popular museum with the main themes of printing and instruction through images. It looks back on the evolution of lithography, calligraphy and ancient imagery. Here, one discovers engravings on wood, copper or metal, and in hollow or in relief. All the techniques of the different prints are explained. On the second floor, religious imagery is honored, with a catechism in 66 chromolithographs. On the second floor, popular and secular imagery is highlighted. You will discover old lace imagery, mortuary imagery, photo-engraving with games, cubes, lotos and advertising chromos. This part is very didactic and suitable for children, with the reproduction of a pre-1920 classroom, its maps and its magnificent world maps. Parents will have memories! You can also observe the calligraphic material of the period: pencils, pens, penholders, blotters. To prolong the visit, a small tour in the store which proposes crockery - the museum holds its own workshop of decorations on porcelain -, tableware, fabrics by the meter with traditional prints, new calligraphy objects or mottled by the owner. A very interesting and inexpensive place for culture, which is perfect for family outings. The welcome is very warm and the owner will not fail to give you advice on the region. Not to be missed!
