LA CAVE A FROMAGES
In the centre of Luz, the Nebout family offers you a variety of regional specialities, including the legendary goat cheese of the Pyrenees. But no doubt, in these refiners masters, the list is infinite: the cow/sheep farmer, the goat/sheep, the sheep of the high mountain, the cow, the goat and the sheep's blue… In total, some subtyped and structured cheeses await you in all shapes from cutting to tomme! And if you accompany them with a good regional wine such as madiran or moelleux pacherenc, the pleasure is at its peak. The Cellar does not distribute only cheeses and you will also find honey, preserved regional dishes such as conflict or conflict, black pork of Bigorre, fatty livers of the Arribarat House, regional aperitifs for fruit or liqueur liquor or even cold meats, cured fruit, jams or creams with armagnac, chestnut, orange or cherry creams. Cakes are attached to the artisanal bilberries, the broche cake and in of the Pyrenees. You have to go there absolutely and try to drink the wine in the goat's shoes… this is not obvious!
