In the heart of Maubourguet, this brasserie combines quality cuisine, fast service and a warm welcome for a very affordable price. Mélanie doesn't hesitate to go beyond the traditional entrecote-frites with elaborate dishes, always in a bistro spirit. The burgers with chicken, raclette cheese, fried liver or ventrèche are preferred by the regular customers. Cheese platters and an assortment of charcuterie are a welcome addition to the aperitif, while the homemade desserts satisfy the biggest appetites.

Visited in february 2024

Accueilli par Mel on est entre les bonnes mains. On profite d'un gros travail mis en œuvre pendant les 17 ans derniers. Aujourd'hui on trouve une très belle sélection des vins (une bonne partie en bio) une cuisine à la fois régionale et saisonnière avec un esprit qui raconte d'envie de sortir des chemins battus. Le service très attentif et à l'écoute mène à compléter l'expérience de bonheur ! À ne pas rater, puis à renouveler....
