By dint of producing potatoes and sunflowers, the two had to get married, but beware, if this union has potatoes, it is fried, please! Since February 2016, Sylvain Andrieux and Jean-Luc Laffonta have been the creators of these 100% Val d'Adour delicacies, so we necessarily "love" them too. Perfectly designed to be in the right balance of neither too salty nor too fat, these authentic crisps are as tasty as you could wish. Before crisping under your teeth, the potatoes go through a path worthy of great manoeuvres: peeled and then conveyed to a slicer set to the right thickness, they lose their excess starch in the washer before being drained and dipped into the fryer. The bagging completes the transformation, you, you discover it in the shelves of local shops and believe us, these chips do not look like any other! To be enjoyed with a madiran, of course.
