If the Bigourdane cuisine is well represented with its traditional specialities, marry them with the Basque dishes proposed by the owner, like the veal axoa. You can also ask for a vegetarian menu and from spring, you can enjoy the terrace. In summer, Wednesday evenings are themed. Possibility of sleeping in one of the rooms of the hotel.
