Après explication pour le plat qui ne convenait pas, la patronne me répond qu il faut mieux s’exprimer
On suppose que le « chef cuisto » c’est endormie sur le fourneau vue comment cest cramer en revanche tout l inverse pour les frites congelés qui sont toutes blanches et imbibées d’huile.
Lors du paiement l’ange gardien {le chef cuito} de madame qui avait l air dépasser par la situation lui vient en renfort et sort du fourneau et nous dit c’est quoi ton problème d’un ton agressif et méchant.
Au final le plat qui convenait + la portion de frites du plat qui ne convenait pas nous a était facturés, aucuns geste commercial, aucunes excuses et se plaigne car le plat qui ne convenait pas partait à la poubelle
Il devrait songé au plus vite à investir dans des four car les plats sont servis froids
C’est une honte à éviter au plus vite, il y a mieux ailleurs !
