In a magnificent setting and a stone's throw from the lake, this farmhouse with its magnificent architecture is well worth a visit. At the table, it is from the producer to the consumer. The cuisine is full of flavours, freshness and quality guaranteed. Among the chef's specialties is the black Astarac chicken, served in galantine, roasted or stuffed with Barrousse apples and Armagnac. The black pig of Bigorre is declined in tournedos with fresh liver and as a speciality, we enjoy the capon cooked in a crust at the end of the year. Above all, we come to enjoy ourselves.
