THE MILL OF THE MUSKETEER
Historic mill dating back to the century to understand how cereal milling works.
In 1692, this mill was sold to the communes of Sailhan and Estensan. It was rented to millers, the last of whom ceased his activity in 1960. The mill is rehabilitated in 2000 after many years of work. It is now the Association of the friends of the mill which makes it live. Probably dating back to the 12th century, this mill is precious. One can contemplate the old millstones and tools, understand its operation and the manufacture of the grinding of cereals.
