From the beautiful kitchen carried out with fresh and local produce, to take? This is possible thanks to Aurore and Jérémy, a pastry chef and cook for almost twelve years, plowed craftsmen and especially new pertussis lovers. Here quality is not optional, it's a real house know-how waiting for you and if the card is rich, it's full of excellent surprises. It changes at the rhythm of the seasons, always worn by small local delicacies from short and organic circuits where possible. Torts, quiches, dishes in sauce, samosas, pallets, chicken huts stuffed with mushrooms… the choice is there and the specialties to fall. On the burgers, the bigorre with chopped steak steak from Bigorre's black pork ventral, egg on the dish and barbecue sauce is a treat. Desserts are in the same spirit, difficult to put one forward, Aurore amuses and follows his inspiration: crisp chocolate, apple verrins and white cheese, Bavarian pear and chocolate cheese… it's a gourmet festival that it masters perfectly. This food truck has deceived us, without any mistake.
