The chef's inspiration comes from the local producers, who strive to respect their animals and vegetables. The foie gras is accompanied by a duck juice, the rack of pork, macaroni with truffles. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the baba au rhum. The terrace is exceptional with its view on the summits.
